Avocado Hummus delicious twist on the traditional
Hummus is a delicious tasty snack, adding avocado to hummus is so good, its a great way to mix it up a little. Kinda like Guacamole and hummus together! This recipe is lovely and zesty.
Avocado Hummus
You'll need:
1 400g Chickpeas canned
2 Avocados
1 Tbsp Tahini
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 Juice of lemon
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Paprika
Salt & Pepper
How to:
Rinse and drain chickpeas well.
Add chickpeas to processor with olive oil and blend.
Once you have a rough paste add in chopped up avocado and give another wizz
Add in all other ingredients and process till smooth.
Season with salt & pepper.
Serve with crackers or pita.
