Make your own flavoured Focaccia bread in the slow cooker!
This is a great easy Bread Recipe and you can make so many different varieties, sweat or savoury they're all tasty and so easy to make.
Slow Cooker Focaccia Bread
Base Ingredients
- 3 x cups self-raising flour
- 2 x cups warm water (or less)
- 1 teaspoons of salt
And your chosen flavour ingredients

- Rock salt and rosemary
- Garlic butter
- Ham and cheese
- Honey, cinnamon & cinnamon sugar
- Olives, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms
- Vegemite and cheese
Method
Line the slow cooker with baking paper and turn on high.
With a spoon, mix all ingredients together in a bowl, keep a little of the added flour choice for topping.
It should be a thick dough texture. If you need too add more flour to thicken it. Put the mix in the slow cooker and add your topping.
Lay a tea towel over the slow cooker and then put the lid on. The tea towel will soak up the excess moisture so it doesn’t drop on to the bread.
Cook on high for 60 minutes. Remove from the slow cooker and brown the top under the grill for 5 minutes.
Freeze for up to 3 months.
