Peppermint Balls with no added sugar
No extra sugar is needed in these. There is a few chocolate chips and a little on top both which you could leave out and thats it. So deliciously minty moreish!
Keep them in the freezer and just take out when needed.
Chocolate Mint Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup medjool dates pitted
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tbsp pure peppermint extract
1 tbsp dessicated coconut
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Decoration:
1/4 white chocolate

Method:
- Roughly chop up the dates.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until all ingredients are combined and sticking together forming a ball.
- Take small amounts of mixture and using finger tips roll into small balls should make 12 - 15 depending on your sizing.
- Pop in the fridge or freezer to set.
- Store in airtight container in freezer and then you can just remove them as needed (or sneak one or two with your cup of tea at night like me)
