Paper Bag Halloween Broom Kids Craft
You'll need:
Wood dowel
Brown paper lunch bags
Scissors and Masking tape
How to:
Cut strips into your paper bag lengthways with the sealed bottom left in tact.
Masking tape them onto the end of the dowel
Its as easy as that.
